We will explore the 5 Elements and how they affect our body, mind and soul during Kapha Time ( late winter-early spring time). We will explore Ayurveda Cooking , making herb blends that you can add to your meal , teas you can enjoy to stay balanced.  Create your own massage oil blend, bath and Ayurvedic body care. You will learn what type of Yoga is balancing for your dosha and what medicine you have in your kitchen cupboard.

1:15 - 3:30 PM Explore the 5 Elements during an outdoor walk or just rest by the lake ( free time)

3:45-4:45 PM Workshop Prepare Ayurvedic Herb blends for meals in your kitchen , Ayurvedic Teas to heal and snacks to keep you balanced and grounded
